IF THAT’S ACHIEVABLE, WHAT SURGERIES ARE REQUIRED?

What types of eye surgeries are necessary for this particular eye shape, and which clinics are renowned for performing them, preferably located not too far from Europe? I’m also curious about the estimated cost. My goal is to achieve a positive eye cantal tilt and a slight widening of the eye area. Additionally, I’ve noticed that I have fat pads in the outer corners of my eyearea, which contribute to a even more negative eye cantal tilt appearance. Furthermore, my eyelids are somewhat drooping.
