Bimax isn't an hardcore surgery, I got it done and was pretty uneventful, it's mostly girls' diaries you find online that make it seem like so tough...girls complain about anything. Even a leg lengthening surgery I don't think is that hardcore provided you get a good surgeon. I would do it without hesitation if I was a manlet (I'm 6ft so don't need it).

but then again, many men are softy these days....they are even afraid to get some laser eyes surgery to get rid of their glasses...how do you expect them to looksmax?

Most of them never had to hustle, they lived a super happy life so they don't even have the burn inside to get better and improve. Hell, I'd even consider a Lefort 3 if I was that deformed....not saying I'd have done but at least I'd have gone to some consultations and seriously took it into consideration. Again, average guy these days is a softy, if they were bullied and showed life as a truecel they would have done all surgery in a heartbeat because they know what is hell and even a bad result from surgery wouldn't have been worse than the hell he was already living

Instead those softy have a confy life and they don't want to risk their confort to improve a bit their looks. A truecel has nothing to lose.
