I have got NL fold and problem breathing thru nose and heard moving the upper jaw would help those

Can it make it worse tho like I look normal when I jut rn, after op if the maxilla is moved forward will my mandible look the same with a normal bite?

No you should also move mandible forward with BSSO/ImDO
