Most the studies saying meat is cancerous was done using factory farmed meat. Grass fed and grass finished meat is not as bad, it might even be healthy, but I still won't eat it because I found substitutes. That meat is also expensive.

Though with Ground beef you are taking a chance it isn't really grass fed, with steak it is easy to tell if it is grass fed. Most the guys I listen to say that it makes a difference. $9/pound, plus you probably don't eat most the fat that comes out of it. I just use cheap pea protein with a leucine and vitamin A retinyl supplement to get the same benefits for a lot less per pound.

Npcs are very stupid. You have to show them a picture of a grass fed cow, and a feed lot cow, and ask him what was the cow's diet. If he's too retarded to answer, or seems like he'll lie and say want you want to hear to get you to buy from him, don't buy from him and eat something else.

That's expensive, and you don't know what you're getting from them unless you visit their farm to make sure their cows are grass fed and grass finished. I save so much money from eating pea protein with supplements and vegetables.
