They then doused the victim with acid, causing her to suffer serious injuries, as the defendants had intended.

This is punishable as dangerous bodily harm in conjunction with dangerous bodily harm pursuant to (German laws - unnecessary for the translated case).

The above-mentioned objects may be relevant as evidence. The measure(s) ordered are proportionate to the seriousness of the offence and the strength of the suspicion and are necessary for the investigation. It can be assumed that the search will lead to the discovery of the objects.
