If trans people can get facial surgery through health insurance then really ugly people should too

No one wants to be ugly, yet if you are ugly and mistreated by society you have to pay for all of the facial surgerys because its seen as cosmetic.
if you are trans you can get facial feminization surgery paid for by insurance, the reason as to why is because it could cause distress if not done.
doesnt this seem completely unfair. being ugly is a major stressor for anyone and so is gender dysphoria.
