Is it i feel like if u are not at the very top even in top college its not worth it its all scam

Well this is my personal expirence. I decided to go to a pretty low level college nothing crazy and enroll in the ROTC program. This is setting up a stable career for myself and having very little debt after college since my states national gaurd pays for tuition. It is not for everyone but it is certinly a choice if you really are desperate and see no out.
