When u dehydrate yourself, your brain expands from the dehyddration and pushes on the skull, intenselydehydrating your self consistently will expand your skull, narrow skull is one pf boggest failos, but u wanna make sure it expands in side direction and not front or back, so u will hold your forehead and back of the head with your hands entire time, and btw this works, my forehead wa dglat before i dehyrdrated myself everyday now it is round
