I recognize ppl more on their avi than their username many times. There are times where I like a poster a lot and know them based on their avi only to realize a lot later that I they have changed it and I didnt even notice it was them for a long time. It makes me lose the good will I built up in my head about them and makes it harder to for a good (or bad) opinion on a lot of posters.

Of course there are a few posters who I know VERY well where this doesnt matter but in general I hate when ppl change avis a lot.
