I workout consistently for more than 6 months and I got sore after every workout, I was thinking I do too much volumeSoreness doesn't matter at all. You're sore because you just started working out, which is obvious from this question.
Ik, but I also have sore arms and I obv use my arms in both push and pullpush and pull are different muscles
