for many successful people, their drive was just something as simple as that. Deep down they knew they don't really want her love and that it won't work but still use it as fuel to accomplish their goals.
It's far deeper than just "Oh I want her and but i cant and im so sad
"It's all about the mindset, it gives you a reason to improve and it doesnt really occupy your thoughts that much
