the would pull the cartilage/skin forward not the bones. theres easier way to do that like by stuffing legos in nostrils

i actually did this nasalpulling 3 years ago, and i believe it worked. but i didnt do 5 hours a day more like 2 hours, and i only did it for a few months (and not everyday). another problem is that it damages the skin on the nose
