Im water fasting to lose fat and consistent rn but a few times this summer ive broken my water fast a day or two before planned cuz of these mental justifications to eating food

Reta is not the strongest appetite suppressant. You feel a slight decrease but not overly powerful. What your describing sounds more like Sema. For extra appetite suppression you can combine a low dose sema or cagrilintide along with Reta.

I’m taking 2 mg of reta a week and I could go the whole day and the next without eating or thinking about food I only eat cus I gotta get my protein in but people react differently for some it may not be as strong as it is for me
