I’m not even joking melatonin like the sleep supplement fucking works
I’ve been taking it around a year and my friend also has been, I grew from 6’3 to 6’5 at 17 and my friend who is 19 grew from 5’7 to 5’11 near enough whereas before from 17-18 he hasn’t grown an inch and just randomly grows 4 inches after taking it
My theorey is better sleep = more GH production
