i tried the gymcel shit but it didnt help me build muscle and it didnt attract women
i probably cant even build more muscle than this anyways so I fucking gave up the gym a few months ago

and Im still incel as hell and still coping and crying about my shit life

if you have the genetics for muscle it will happen anyways without lifting
gym is fucking pointless
