220lbs 5'11. But I am fat. My ideal weight (according to genetic test) is 185 lbs.

Trying to reach 155
Seems quite low to me. You're already at a normal weight, any leaner and you'll look weak. Focus on putting on muscle rather than losing weight. East plenty of protein and at a caloric surplus and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Sex appeal is king unless you're only going for JB's.

Try drinking a fuck ton of water for a week to depele your body's natural water reserves, might reduce bloating. Eat less salt and use Gua Sha (google it).

Yes but if you water fast you might want to make this drink called snake juice (Google it) to keep your energy it. It's basically water + sodium + potassium. Not 100% necessary but if you're working or focusing on something you'll need energy.

Im just tryna get there before gym
You can lose weight and weight train at the same time. This is what I've been doing for the past 3 months... I started out 155 lbs skinnyfat with no muscle, now I'm lean (abs starting to show) with a lot of vascularity and some muscle at 145. I aesthetics mog most of the guys in my gym even though I don't push a lot of weight

183 cm but 5’11 when slouching, 77 kg. Been gymmaxxing recently. Still a bit bloated from leanbulking, but I reckon I can get down to 68-72 kg looking lean with muscle

Currently 187lbs (85kg) 23% bodyfat 5'10. I'm slacking but I'm 43 😝.

This means 168lbs (76kg) is my goal for 14-15% bodyfat.
