Well I'm planning custom wraparound craniofacial jaw implants with like an extra 2-3.5mm on the chin area and like 2.5mm on the ramus and then I'll tell whoever is making them to smoothen the rest of it out so I don't turn out botched, then I'm getting a custom implant covering glabella, frontal sinus, and supraorbital rims, then I'm gonna get custom wraparound midface implant covering zygomatic body/arch and infraorbital rim, before all of that I'll get a bimax or maybe something else. For now that's all I have planned.

Impossible to answer because it depends on what you're lacking. Some normies are just a nose job from ascending hard, others may require more complicated surgeries that can botch them

Yeah it heavily depends. If you have a good eye area and your other features are good but for example you have a recessed maxilla and mandible that’s holding you back you can get bimax and that would add like 2psl points

Good plan though I will say dont get a rhino unless your nose is especially big, most people who need rhino think they need it because their jaw is recessed somewhat, especially girls, but if you were to have a fully forward grown face ur nose would look proportionate. Bimax is also really good, you should get the implants after doing bimax

Could be a deviated septum, i recommend getting surgery for that + bimax, very light, non invaaive, reparative actually; these surgeries can sometimes ascend u to htn
