If your physique looks good with low muscle mass i think your chilling the hormonal problems i was getting was a bigger problem but high sugar + cardio was like the easiest diet i think ive had being lean, idk if your lean enough to have these problems tho

What was your bf % at peak leaness? Try eating more fat , stuff like eggs , butter and muscle meat in key for keeping stable hormone levels and feeling good when dieting

think it was like around 10% flat at like 118lbs but i just looked straight emaciated and felt like shit, nowadays its 122-123lbs with the sugar diet and cardio i feel amazing until past like 8pm. Still eat healthy fats its just that the caloric maintenace is super low so like the best low calorie + high taste level is probably something high sugar low fat like a rice krispy :feelshah:
