Just buy normal raloxifene and try to make a topical version out of it I guess, you might need to add a vehicle or maybe microneedling around the gland might work too.

Yes, thats enough obviously. You don't even need 1mm pins, 0.5mm would have done the job too. Anyway, its just about getting the raloxifene inside/near the gland. For gyno prevention that will be enough for most people, other SERMs might do the job too.
