There is currently no compelling solution I've seen evidence of that will turn an unattractive 2/10 male into an absolute 10/10 Chad. All the convincing "transformations" I've seen are either someone who hasn't finished puberty, is in different lighting, or already had a decent base, to begin with, and removed the imperfections with plastic surgery. Dr. David Sinclair is currently one of the prominent leaders in the fight against aging and believes he can cure aging like any other disease. If we can cure aging, we can live long enough for science to advance to the point of creating new bodies for ourselves or modifying our original bodies in ways that yield meaningful results. No one wants to transform into a Chad at 50 y/o. As we all know, physical attractiveness (heavily based on the shape of your skull) may be the largest influencer of life experience besides intelligence. It is appalling that these traits are handed out in a random fashion that gives some people all the cards and others none. We must live long enough to see aging cured so that we may have these conscience experiences that only select individuals have the privilege of.
