If women look at you or at least don't turn away from looking at you, is this a safe sign that you are attractive or at least not ugly?

Alright, so I have not reached my ultimate goal of hitting the 12% or so BF mark, and am probably around a normal BMI now of around 20-25%. Slightly bloated, round belly, a bit more ways to go, but much better than before when I was real fat. So I have noticed that women are looking at me when I do errands. Like taking glances and smiling and whatnot. Not necessarily an IOI, but definitely know that they are evaluating the features of my face. This didn't happen when I was fat. Women would look to the extent necessary (like to look up to avoid running into my shopping cart) and then avert their eyes. Not keep looking. Now women are definitely going out of their way to look my direction. My thoughts is that women avoid looking at unattractive men, and if they are not going out of their way to avoid looking at you then that should be taken as a sign that you are attractive or at least not ugly. Thoughts?

Try this.
Go to a bar or something social and see how many girls you can flirt with just by looking at them
If they hold eye contact or give IOI then you answered your question

Those are IOIs, they keep increasing the leaner your face gets. I definitely notice a difference compared to when I was fat and I'm not even leanmaxxed yet.
