If you're born a turd you will always be one. There's zero reason to workout if you're sub 6.

You have to be born great. No man "becomes great" if he wasn't born destined to be.

Hence, no amount of gym is going to make a 180 for men born with the wrong equipment.

If you have ANY of the follow traits/issues/physical measures of the 5 listed below, don't even try:



1. You're under 6'1". If this is the case, don't even waste time without roids.

2. Your face is below a PSL 5.5 & has low facial averageness/ratios. If so, rope.

3. Your insertions suck. This also accounts for frame (if under 6'1"). ROPE!

4. Your hands are under 7.5 inches in length. If so, don't lift without roids.

5. You are non-NT. If you aren't NT, & are sub 6 PSL, only roid; don't gym.


Oh, and forgot ... ROPE. If any of these 5 things are issues -- ANY -- IT'S OVER.

You seriously need to consider ending it if you're lacking in any of these things.
