If you age slowly, does that mean your facial bones will finish development much later?

If you have great collagen, hair and look young for your age etc. does that mean your face will "finish" developing much later?

Your bones will stop developing a few years after puberty starts.

Bones fuse at around 17-22. You can still have bone development that late if you started puberty late.
