If you already have high test naturally how different would 500mg a week be ?

A huge difference. Even taking 200mg would make a big difference because ur levels are high none stop as opposed to when ur natty and they fluctuate day to day and throughout the day(don't sleep one night ur test will drop). It varies person to person to an extent also though. Two people could inject 500mg of the exact same pharma test and end up at diff levels.
