Say you are 5'8-5'9 and 3.5psl. With surgery you might get to 4.75 psl if you're lucky.

You're better off roiding hard for 2 years before surgery- this will increase your sense of entitlement and generally you'll start to feel better about yourself as a man. TRT and CBD oil are great for my mindmaxxing.

Then when you actually feel some entitlement and may have gotten a slay or two, Surgerymaxx to 4.75psl, and you will be more likely to capitalise on your newfound smv

i didn't roid so far, just moderate dose TRT the past 5.5 months. and didn't lift properly. 0 slays since then.

much more IOIs though, and my mental health and wellbeing has improved a lot. I was literally an insane person when I started at the end of October last year.

It's all about the face, when you like someone you like their face not their height, when you imagine someone in your head you think about their face not their height, when you take a selfie with someone it's the face etc etc. Well, I'm not telling you anything, but a lot of people on this site talk about 6ft, and I'm sorry about that.
