If you want to bulk up minimum height really minimum where it hurts is 175cm
just have decent muscle mass a bit above average at low height you won’t look skinny
Put 5-7pounds lean mass and it should be ok
alpha destiny for example is coping to much if he cuts to 10-12 and burns a bit of muscle mass he would look a lot leaner and better
