A fat existence is a pathetic existence. It is quite literally impossible to be attractive over 30% bodyfat and with all the knowledge we have on leanmaxxing in the modern world there is absolutely no excuse.
the normie 500 cal deficit is painfully slow Idk why it’s so popularised.
Just stop putting food in your mouth, do whatever you have to do to lose that disgusting bodyfat.
For the past 2 weeks I have only had a glass of coconut water and a banana for breakfast, and then one full meal at around 10pm.
With this method I have managed to lose 4.5kg in only 2 weeks without the use of any compounds other than willpower. If I ran the normie deficit it would have taken me over 2 months.
Sure I’m a bit more tired and my cognitive ability is lower but who fucking cares
also if you are very down bad you can just make yourself sick after a meal it’s pretty easy, I’ve done this a couple times but don’t recommend you do it regularly
