A fat existence is a pathetic existence. It is quite literally impossible to be attractive over 30% bodyfat and with all the knowledge we have on leanmaxxing in the modern world there is absolutely no excuse.

Just stop putting food in your mouth, do whatever you have to do to lose that disgusting bodyfat.

For the past 2 weeks I have only had a glass of coconut water and a banana for breakfast, and then one full meal at around 10pm.
With this method I have managed to lose 4.5kg in only 2 weeks without the use of any compounds other than willpower. If I ran the normie deficit it would have taken me over 2 months.

Sure I’m a bit more tired and my cognitive ability is lower but who fucking cares

also if you are very down bad you can just make yourself sick after a meal it’s pretty easy, I’ve done this a couple times but don’t recommend you do it regularly

What happened for me is i'm pretty certain I contracted some sort of blood disease maybe anemia because my sibling had it, but it made me eat much less and that's how I lost weight but now thankfully I'm eating like normal again.

It depends on your maintenance ig, mines like 3100 cals I believe (obviously calories don’t actually exist but they kinda give you an estimate of how much energy you burn in comparison to the average)

I also have been trying to walk a lot

Yeah cardio is bs it just tanks your test and makes most people hungry so they just eat a load of food after making it pointless. Runners face is indeed a real thing too, definitely a looksmin

I do try to walk a lot tho, I think it’s good to get outside and it’s very low intensity so no cortisol spike for me:feelsahh:

It always amazes me how normies tend to lose weight. I would go insane with that pacing and eventually lose motivation. Just eat 1000 calories or starvemaxx in between.

They also do the eat 2500 calories and go to the gym method, which will result in only a 500-600 calorie burn at best. It's easier just not to eat.

In two weeks you can achieve your weight loss goals in what normies do in 1-2 months.

Ok but you need to be lifting otherwise a good portion of that is muscle loss which isn’t what we’re trying to do here is it.

But I think the method you describe is great. Eating only before bed so it’s borderline impossible to overconsume calories and you don’t have trouble sleeping is what I’ve also found to be very reliable.

Obesity tanks your hormones and can hinder development, especially considering most obese people don’t actually eat nutritious food (they indulge in highly palatable slop like the pigs they are)

However, if the fatness isn’t too high then yeah it’s probably a good thing because you’re definitely getting enough energy to grow

a 500 deficit is minuscule especially if you’re 20%bf+; also when in a fat burning stage your metabolism eventually adjusts to be more efficient so that 500 deficit becomes even smaller

It’s taboo nowadays to recommend that people just starve, but it’s the best advice you can give if people want to actually make a noticeable change swiftly.

Yeah I still go to the gym as much as I have been for the past 6 months (I used to go way more and was an undeniable gymcel, until i realised it was affecting my health)

My strength has maintained despite me eating barely any carbs at all (from like 150g before this to 50g now), so i actually think I might have gained some muscle strangely fuck knows how

I've always been lean but I was facially sub5/ltn in college and the only thing that made me want to go to that torture environment was the food it was the only looking that I looked forward to

Strength is one of the biggest copes ever, I used to have the same mindset in my early gymcel days thank god I snapped out of it

Nobody cares that you can pick up heavier pieces of metal than the man that will be able to experience the tender touch of a woman that loves them

Whats the research or study that proves this? Wasnt there a guy that did an expirement where he only ate twinkies which proved the validity of caloric surplus/deficits?
 
You will lose too much collagen and get lose skin and wrinkles. Instead eat one meal a day 500-1000 calories. Like chicken or beef liver or steak or bbq etc. it's also really fast if you don't eat carbs but you will not age yourself too much
