If you are an Incel almost all free time will be used negatively

Because you have no friends you will use forums or social medias which abuse your dopamine reward system

because you have no goals and ambitions due to negative reinforcement you will spend most of your time playing video games and reaching pointless milestones

because you are too high inhib to enjoy life you will spend most of your time watching movies, videos, shorts in which you will forget everything the very next day or even hour

because you cant get any girls you will abuse your body and mind with porn later spiraling into a severe addiction


The solution? Just stay asleep after doing your daily requirements and looksmaxxes. You will be stuck in a cycle if you stay awake too long. thats the problem with most Incels

Life as an Incel should be treated like a GTA 5 money glitch. Do the glitch then go to sleep. One day you will wake up as a billionaire so to say.
