Well im not really anti filler but i do have a problem with them. They are not permanent meaning every 1-2 years you get them refilled by a professional. And doing it yourself is very risky. I could just get a surgery for what im trying to accomplish.

Perhaps you could answer this one in the thread?

I’m not against it but to play devils advocate:

At the end of the day it mitigates over time no matter what you do and won’t look consistently as good as when you first got it.

Filler migration, overfilling syndrome, delayed infections, reactions to the filler, high upkeep and cost. Using fillers for 20+ years risks have not been researched although most ppl may not do it for long, personally i would just go for implants

When you have to get rid off/renew them since they're made of hyaluronic acid they dissolve it but ur skin also has hyaluronic acid which makes you age like 20 years on the area where they dissolved

Much harder, the only difference is that its much harder to see where you're injecting in your gonion since you can't just look in a mirror

Still not insanely difficult though

Bone absorption especially for prolonged use. The bone can repair itself but there's no garuantee it will be symmetrical or not lead into more complex issues.

I think you mentioned dissolving every 6 months which I think is a bad idea as well because the HA dissolvers will deplete your natural levels leading to collagen loss and wrinkles from the constant stretching.

Also aspirating can be a false negative in some rare cases.

I'm getting one round done on my chin this summer before commiting to a genio. I think it looks good temporarily but there's also a lot of celebs who have access to infinite money and still get botched over time.

the ha dissolving thing is really insignificant, maybe over the course of 15 years it's significant, I'll still cover it in the thread

I'll cover this message, thanks and good luck with your chin

i saw you mention about the possibility of doing filler in your infraorbital rim, are you still considering that or is it far too risky?

how do you solve the deep mentolabial notch when you do the chin? Cuz if you inject the lower end of the notch you're not covering all of it but if you inject the upper part the needle is just gonna go through the lip and hit the teeth/gums

He also mentions getting implants, which cause bone reabsorption, in the context that filler is ass because it causes bone reabsorption.

I also don't want occlusion, or nerve damage, and I'm scared of looking uncanny.

I'll do pdo first, safer and easier
