It doesnt matter what a npc discovers or learns, no matter what they will always be stuck as a npc, even in extremely niche communities you can just tell whose a npc from the way they talk, it's like they are completely brainless and have absolutely no inner monologue, like a curse they are stuck and trapped with forever, you cant become unique you're either naturally so or you aren't, you missed too many developmental milestones to be your own person and now you're forced to follow the crowd for the rest of your life.
