Pull an all-nighter and don't go to sleep until 10 PM. This way you can fix your sleeping schedule and get your shit together.

I've been a massive sloth waking up at 2 PM and getting high every day for almost two weeks now. Really stopped caring about looksmaxing and want to get back on track.

Lol Ive been sleeping at 8AM and waking up at 5PM ever since this lockdown has started. Ive missed all my online classes.

I did 4 days ago but fell asleep at 7 for 40 minutes. Then I couldn't sleep till 11pm and was aiming for 10.

I'm gonna go sleep at 11 PM and wake up at 9 AM. This should probably be enough to fix my schedule.

make sure to wake up at 9am. for setting sleep schedule the time waking up is more important than the time you sleep
