If you are fat, stop limiting how much you should eat

Just eat a natural diet (meat, dairy, honey) and nothing else but eat as much as you want. It's way easier and you will naturally lose weight. If you are not fat and want to get extremely lean then obviously this won't work as it will get you at a natural weight and being very lean is not natural.
Yes wat a whole food diet while training and gain muscle while losing fat slowly so ur maintenance doesnt tank and it gets higher then if u were to aggresive cut to 10%

I was talking about the natural non-cross bred forms of any vegetables or fruits such as apples,bananas,oranges,peaches, which were all cross bred (not natural :eek:) to taste better

While I do agree that if you eat a diet consisting of food such as red meats and nutrient dense foods you will eat less due to the fact protein increases satiety hormones and slower gastric emptying, I don’t believe eating in a calorie deficit is unhealthy done in a right way, obv if your eating 1000 cals a day your gonna be a walking zombie, if your eating 1800 cals of food a day your gonna be fine
Why i only lose weight at 1-1.2k calories? Is my metabolism utterly fucked? And im plateauing again even at this deficit.

You might not be tracking correctly, make sure you are tracking every drink, sauce and butter you use in cooking food, and oil as well, these calories seem small but add up over the day
 
I agree, calories matter, but not as much as most people make them out to be. just maintain a caloric deficit of 300–400 calories below what your metabolism can handle and eat non-processed, organic, non-GMO meat, eggs, dairy, and fruits.
