Yes wat a whole food diet while training and gain muscle while losing fat slowly so ur maintenance doesnt tank and it gets higher then if u were to aggresive cut to 10%Just eat a natural diet (meat, dairy, honey) and nothing else but eat as much as you want. It's way easier and you will naturally lose weight. If you are not fat and want to get extremely lean then obviously this won't work as it will get you at a natural weight and being very lean is not natural.
