Some people cope with video games, sportsball, politics-religion, funko pops.
Some people cope with making money.

Some people, like us, enjoy taking care of themselves and improving their appearences.

None of them is superior to other if you do them for the sake of being happy.

Truth is if you have the basic needs (shelter, food, being healthy) you dont lack anything to be a happy person.

Its all about convincing yourself, aka coping.

The freedom that wealth provides is more important than the wealth itself.

But if you look for something other than happiness, thats a different story...
