legit
had anger issues most of my life, but got worse around 18 (assault charge)
got into gym, yknow how the rest goes
I still do have anger issues but the fuse is longer and things don't piss me off as much as they used to
yknow plus whatever other external factors and subconscious issues are causing it too,
low T is a huge cause for a lot of mens issues
