Play sports while you're still in school if you aren't a dumb fuck. Everyone was telling me this IDK why I was slow and retarded to take action on this. It's not even about being high status tbh, playing sports in general is a must.

It's just hard to become NT if you aren't semi proficient at sports, you won't able to spar with male friends or kick/catch a ball so you'll end up becoming like a giga manlet that's easy to push around disrespect etc. You'll be low status among male groups and females will pity you. Also important for socialisation
