I don’t even do the technique properly because I’m a lazy bastard but I’m still able to lucid dream atleast 3 times a week with it

also I forgot to mention when you first start it can be hard to control your dreams.

That’s completely normal you’ll get better at controlling your dreams as you practice more.

my first lucid dream I literally couldn’t do anything. Then my second dream I could slightly levitate off the floor. In my most recent dream though I was fighting monsters and teleported them into space and then threw them into a star I created

most of the time I'm able to just go straight into a lucid dream.
