stop taking SSRIs
i wanted to rope when i realized my pillow was full of hair every morning, and assumed i was about to lose most of it within 2-3 years, only to stop taking those bullshit meds and realize my hair recovered and i barely see any hairs anywhere now
the other possibility is that that was my genetically predisposed pattern/tempo of losing hair anyway (it's not linear, so you can lose some hair, i.e., between 28 and 30 and then keep the rest of it for life), but the periods in which i was taking those pills and noticing extreme shedding were perfectly overlapping, so i d say it was the pills
