If you are planning on running DNP, an antihistamine is crucial (preferably 2nd or 3rd generation oral). This is crucial for people who are already prone to allergies (like me) or even if you aren't there's a good chance you get an allergic reaction (common) from it. It's not bound to happen all the time for everyone but very possible.

It's not fully understood the cause of this to my understanding. There's many theories like it comes from the histamine released from the immune system, oxidative stress, Irritation, sweating.

"The most common side effect reported with the therapeutic use of DNP is a rash [6, 3638]. This rash can be maculo-papular, urticarial, angio-oedematous or a severe exfoliative dermatitis [3941]. There is often accompanying pruritis and subsequent desquamation [39, 41, 42]. Prolonged peripheral neuritis has been reported, often affecting the hands and feet and associated with skin changes "

From experience, I've ran DNP two separate times, during both I developed maculopapular rash and hives on my second try. It started on my chest and back and slowly spread to everywhere else.

Early stage maculopapular rash -> Late stage maculopapular rash (From DNP, looks very similar to mine)

It may be "harmless" but it's not fun. You get extremely itchy, if you were already feeling like shit on DNP now you'll feel 2x worse. You're now hot, sweaty and itchy, not to mention your dizziness and nausea gets way worse (at least for me). This terrible side effect is preventable or at least manageable with antihistamines.

The higher your dose is the faster you'll get it. It took me about 7 days to develop it on 200mg and 3 days on 400mg. During my first run I thought my rash was unrelated as im already prone, I didn't treat it properly and it got bad to the point I had to see the doctor. It was the worst 3 days of my life, one of the worst feelings ever. During my second run I made the conclusion it was due to DNP, I only got it under control thanks to antihistamines and topical steroids before it got to the later stages.

I'll be running DNP again in winter and i'll definitely be including an antihistamine along with it. This is actually very common and a solution. This is such a mogger compound don't let any of the small ball soyboys tell you it's "dangerous". Lost about 15-16 pounds with it.

Are you suggesting to run antihistamine as support even before the onset of any rash?

Had a small one on my hand during my first cycle with it also. I continued since it is harmless. As you said though, antihistamine will get you straight.

Iam taking 10mg cetirizine bc I developed it on day 6 on 600mg

Got no sides except high BP with telmi fixed and sweating

I only took cetirizine 2 times

Keep taking cetirizine until the rash fully settles, then see if it develops again after hopping off the anti-histamine. Using cetirizine for some time won't hurt.

DNP takes around 1-2 weeks to fully clear out of your system. After that time frame, you can start your DNP cycle again. Also stop spamming.

What will happen for if I take the dnp and cetirizine 10mg twice a day with like 150mg (talking Abt tmr)
of dnp in my system
I don't really feel the dnp that much at night so I might be a fast metaboliser

I can't delay my dnp cycle I have to do it as fast as I can

Nothing bad would happen, just keep using cetirizine. If you have limited time then just push through with this cycle.
