There are virtually zero instances of people being poor unless they are genetic garbage. Period. Poverty is almost universially correlated with shitty genetic qualities, such as low IQ, bad looks, poor temperment, shitty personality, bad morals etc. Simply put poor = sub-human 90% of the time.
LIterally the only reason popular culture denies this, is because it's too easy for governments and various political groups to take advantage of these dumb fucks. They are basically useful idiots to them. Leftists scapegoat the rich to gartner support, where as the right scapegoats immigrants/minorities etc. It's all just a means to an end.
