As a fellow Caucasian, have you ever pondered upon your race? Personally, I often contemplate my physical stature, facial features, and body build, but the notion of race rarely crosses my mind.

I wonder, is being self-conscious about one's own skin limited solely to those of different ethnicities?

I'm Polish I never thought about being Polish until I moved to another country. It's probably similar with race you don't notice it until you move to a country where most people don't look like you.
