If you aren't MMA-maxxing as a manlet it's over for you

i dont plan to compete i just like muay Thai a ton everyone in the classes are surprisingly really nice people despite being sorta scary cause they're fighters lol

lot of cute girls there too that seem to like me a little bit

but currently my main focus is getting a IS degree and a good job but i think self defense and fighting are fun and important to do
I just finished uni bro, good luck with your studies my guy. Fighters are giga nice, lots of girls like MT too. Barely any like grappling

i know one of the girls who help with muay Thai also do jiu jutsu and they ask me always why I do MT instead lmfao
i go 3 sessions a week i can technically take any class there
they offer boxing, jiu jutsu, and muay thai

It’s an MMA gym? Is grappling more exhausting than striking in your opinion?

its a mma gym i guess its mostly classes but you could say it's one

wrestling is more exhausting but i did wrestling practices for 2 hours 6 times a day vs kickboxing for 45 minutes 3x a week
