Seriously, you’re wasting your fucking life.

- No restuarants/takeaways.
- No going out binge drinking followed by binge eating.
- Not as stressed with work, easier to adhere to diet.
- More sleep, meaning appetite hormones (ghrelin, leptin, etc) are in much better control.
- More time to do casual, easy exercise like walking to burn calories. Just listen to music/podcasts/audio books while doing it.
- More time to weigh and cook food to adhere to calories.

Just imagine people’s reactions when you come out of this with a chiselled face.
