If you ascend alot you will have to cut out of with almost all of your previous connections.
Thats why most people who ascend alot will end up moving.

I only really care about how my family feel about my ascension. Maybe one or two friends too.

Given how much time I spend around them, I doubt they’ll notice anything except bimax and implants. And even then, I can claim the bimax was for functionality and deny the implants, which will be conservative changes anyway.
