i used to enjoy running. i have never ran a marathon but i did do an unofficial, alone half marathon. not for anything more than to post on strava n know that i ran it. i had sub20m 5k just barely. running is quite common here. i went to school w ppl who did far more than me

I have run a full marathon a few times. I used to be decent-good a few years back but now I'm solidly average. I've been trying to build it up and get back the endurance that I once had. I'm am decent swimming also but I don't have a real bicycle so I never practiced
