I work as a climber so I can do most of these movements, but man it's so much more complicated if you have long limbs.Real moggers do this at 6'+
Gymnasts Need to be short to do way more complex stuff that would break a taller guy or would be Simply impossible due to leverages

I've been able to do 1 armed pull ups since I was 14 or something for some reason despite never training for it.Handstands and flags positions are very very hard at that height
But you can do some cool stuff like this, front and back levers, muscle ups, planches, those don't require to lift and keep in equilibrium your whole 6'+ frame
