Today I was sitting at a bench just resting during calisthenicsmaxxing and I saw an amazing protuding jawline in the shadow, then I stood up and i hit my head on the bars for being a lazy fatcel and I obliterated my muscles, now I can barely write, but it worth it. My point is: if you can't see jwline and frward growth in your shadow you are probably recessed so, it's over.
