well it obviously knocks you down a couple ratings
at some point in blackpill and lookism ideology you find out its all in the fundamentals (confidence,looks,charisma,kindness etc.)
because your thread is basically just "is confidence important"
and if you were to ask that question, anybody would say "confidence is important but looking good is important too"
