Ignoring more serious crimes being made legal, one "crime" that should be legal is speeding (in appropriate areas). The speed limits are too low on almost all roads, and going fast shouldn't get you any punishment unless you cause a crash or actually do something so fucked up it's only a matter of time till you do.

Going 20 over the limit in most places isn't even dangerous. On open highways without traffic like at night when you're the only one out, even 100 is still not dangerous and should not be punished. The corrupt speeding laws and malicious cops ruin driving with that shit and if I could stop it I would. But in this hypothetical I think I'd have to pick something more thought out than that.

It's totally fine if done within reason. Obviously you don't rip through residential zones at diabolical spreeds but ripping on an open highway or having a spirited drive on a country road is completely harmless.
