Nobody’s perfect in all aspects. You might have a character or a trait that even Gandy God would look up to. Regardless if you had to emulate any one person/television character who would that be? This isn’t just about “muh I’ll emulate Chad” it’s more about the type and kind of life they are in, you’d wanna mimic their physique, their personality, body language, type of properties they own or live with, type of woman they’ve married and so on. You already need to have some relation and similarity in characteristics to begin with.
If you are a bald 5’6 Indian janitor saying you’d like to emulate Chris hemsworth I’d openly laugh at you. Instead if you tell me you’d like to Emulate jester + statusmaxxed Kevin hart or some LTN CEO of multibillion dollar company like many Indians in US are I’d consider it.
For even better understanding I’ll begin with my own example.
I’ll start with mine - Jason Stathom with a full head of hair is the character I’d emulate if I was given to choose. (Both his real life persona and on screen action persona).
Why?
1) Personality traits -
He’s private, mysterious and most importantly a lone wolf. Which is something I personally relate as I live with diphsits around in class who wouldn’t give a flying fuck if I dropped dead. Other than my parents ofc. I’m statusmaxxed up to some extent with some designer and cars and shieet which does cause peer intimidation but still a lot more to go tho. I recently started combat training and my progress from 25% bf to 15% bf is going on. He has a private HTB most prolly HQNP just like him. Has kids and seems like a nice dad travelling them around the world.
2) His material possessions align with my taste-
Mountain bikes, skiing, rugged SUVs and retro motorcycles? Can’t get more ‘here’s my cool uncle’ than that.
3) He operates alone.
Like I said, he’s a lone wolf both on screen and off just living his life not caring about anybody else. I am stressing this point again cause this itself is the deal maker. He’s self dependant in every aspect you can imagine and almost all of his movies show exactly that - an ex army veteran/criminal/hitman gets betrayed or undermined and goes to hunt for vengeance and so on all alone knowing nobody’s got his back. This story of mine would sound sad when said in a pitiful way, so yeah why not just work enough in my own field to become the Jason Stathom of my world up to whatever extent possible? Doesn’t sound that bad now.
Personal favourite movies I’d emulate -
Transporter.
Alone driver taking risky jobs for a price and getting it done no matter what.
Parker.
He’s a thief where his own friends double cross him and leave him to die but he comes back sharper and takes his revenge on them all. Old plot but excellent action.
