Grow to 6’2”, fix it eye area and get outward gonions

Fix my teeth (overbite and crooked)
Fix my recessed jaw

Increase my IPD, un-recess sphenoid, increase bideltoid by 6 inches. I’ll still need all my surgeries but at least I’d be working with a much better base.
